Because all products are digital and available for download instantly, I can’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the file has been accessed.If you made a mistake or need help with your file, email me right away at hello@cozyhobbyshop.com and I’ll help however I can.
Can I upgrade to a bundle after I already bought a single pattern?
So smart of you to ask! If you’ve purchased a single pattern and want to upgrade to the full collection bundle within 48 hours, email me and I’ll send you a discount code to cover the difference (as long as it’s the same product line).
Do you sell worldwide?
Yes — since everything is digital, you can shop from anywhere on Earth (or even outer space, if you have Wi-Fi).
Do I need special software to use my pattern?
Nope! All files are PDFs or PNGs — you can open them with any device. You can print them at home or use them digitally on a tablet or phone.
